1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using prjct/gig ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

prjct/gig is a SaaS platform that helps freelancers:

  • Generate professional proposals from client messages using AI
  • Manage clients and gigs
  • Share proposals via public links or PDF
  • Track proposal status and payments

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Pricing

The Service costs $39/month. One plan, everything included. No hidden fees, no bullshit tiers.

Free Trial

New users get a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with the service within the first 14 days after your trial ends, contact us for a full refund.

No refunds for: Partial months, unused features, or cancellations after 14 days of paid usage.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate fraudulent or misleading proposals
  • Abuse the AI system to generate harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including proposals, client data, and gig information.

Our Service: prjct/gig, its design, code, and features are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

AI-Generated Content: Proposals generated by our AI are yours to use as you see fit. We claim no ownership over AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated proposals will win you clients
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
